Group Fitness Classes
At Optimus Strength, we offer group fitness classes appropriate for all fitness levels. Our experienced coaching staff will lead the class through a warm-up, workout, and cool-down while ensuring proper movement patterns.
We test and train in 4 and 6 week cycles so that you will always be able to track your progress and see improvements in your fitness level.
Our group fitness classes are unique in that we cap the class at 10 participants. This allows the coach to see and correct everyone individually which reduces the risk of injury and guarantees a great workout for everyone!
