We know that getting started is the hardest part when you haven't worked out in a while. Walking into a new gym can be daunting, especially when the program is unfamiliar. We wanted to create a safe and positive experience for each person that walks through our door, that's why we created our Ramp Up program.
Ramp Up consists of 5 individual training sessions over the course of 2 weeks. We focus on movement technique, strength, endurance, and program terminology in an individualized setting. This program is a requirement for all new Optimus Strength members.
