The Performance program focuses on functional movement, strength, skill, and speed training. During our group WOD (workout of the day), we will challenge you to push your limits without compromising movement technique. You will receive specialized guidance and support from our certified trainers. The intensity will increase as you gain proficiency. 

This program consists of group fitness classes that can be tailored to anyone of any fitness level. We recommend that all newcomers participate in our Ramp Up program before graduating to Performance. However, you may schedule a 1:1 test out session to demonstrate proficiency of movement and terminology here.
