Hustle-Fit is a 30 minute, non-barbell, bootcamp style group workout. Join us as we get a booty-kicking workout in with minimal equipment. This fast paced class will increase core stability and perfect movement patterns. It pairs perfectly with our other fitness classes. Ideal for when you need a recovery day or if your schedule is just too crazy to allow for a full 1 hour class.

HustleFit

Our Performance track focuses on functional movement, strength, skill, and speed training. During our group WOD (workout of the day), we will challenge you to push your limits without compromising movement technique. You will receive specialized guidance and support from our certified trainers. The intensity will increase as you gain proficiency and you will learn how to dial in your nutrition to better fuel your body for your individual training needs.
